This site is an independent editorial resource that publishes reviews and commentary about AvaTrade for readers in Uganda. Our obligation to you is to keep that editorial work honest, clearly separated from the broker it discusses, and free of any pretence of being a financial service. We are not the broker. We are not affiliated with the broker. We do not open accounts, take deposits, place orders, hold funds or give advice.
Everything you read here is editorial material. It is general information and opinion, written for readers who want to understand a broker before deciding anything for themselves. It is not a recommendation to trade, not a personal assessment of your circumstances, and not a substitute for such an assessment. Any decision you take after reading this site is yours, and so is any outcome that follows from it.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every page, article and downloadable item we publish, and they apply whether you read the site on a desktop, a phone or any other device.
Editorial Material and Reuse

We use them only to identify the subject of our editorial coverage and for descriptive purposes. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any trademark, logo or brand name. If you wish to use a mark that belongs to someone else, you need that owner's permission, not ours.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our editorial practices change or when the law requires it. The version published on this page is the version that applies. We will show the date of the current version at the top of the page so you can see when it last changed.
Changes take effect when the updated version is published. If you keep using the site after that, you are taken to accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part will be read down or set aside to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full force. One unenforceable clause does not bring down the rest of the document.
