Contact the AvaTrade Uganda Review Desk
How to reach the editorial team behind this independent review resource, what the desk can help with, and what it cannot.
Visit the partner brokerWhat does this page cover, and what does it not cover?
This page explains how readers in Uganda can reach the editorial desk that produces the AvaTrade review material published on avatbrokerug.com. It sets out the kinds of enquiries the desk handles, the languages the editors read, the response times you can reasonably expect, and the matters that fall outside the desk's remit. It is a contact page for an editorial resource, nothing more.
The site is an independent publication. It is not AvaTrade, it is not owned by AvaTrade, and it has no commercial or corporate relationship with the broker. The editors do not open accounts, do not accept deposits, do not process withdrawals, do not place or manage trades, and do not give investment advice on any individual's circumstances. Nothing published on this site is a recommendation to trade, and nothing on this page should be read as one.
If you have come here hoping to reach the broker directly, this page will not get you there. The desk cannot pass messages to the broker, cannot escalate a case on your behalf, and cannot act as an intermediary in any dispute between you and the broker. What it can do is explain its own editorial work and correct its own errors.
What can the editors actually help me with?
The desk answers questions about the review content itself. That includes queries about how a particular section of the AvaTrade review was put together, which public sources informed a statement, and when a page was last revised. Readers often ask why a certain feature, fee category or product area was weighted the way it was, and those questions are welcome. The editors are also glad to hear from readers who believe a factual statement on the site is out of date, incomplete or simply wrong.
Corrections are taken seriously. If you can point to a public source that contradicts something published here, send the details through the contact form on this site and the editors will look at it. Where a correction is warranted, the relevant page is amended and the date of the change is noted. The desk does not remove or soften published assessments because a reader disagrees with them, but it does fix errors of fact.
General questions about how the site is funded, how it maintains editorial independence, and how it decides which aspects of a broker to examine are also within scope. These are fair questions for any review resource, and the editors answer them directly.
What can the desk not answer?
The desk cannot deal with anything relating to an individual account. That covers account opening, verification, login problems, deposits, withdrawals, fees charged to you, order execution, spreads you received, complaints about service, and any dispute over money. These are matters between you and the broker, and the editorial desk has no access to the broker's systems, records or staff.
The desk also cannot confirm whether the broker is suitable for you, cannot comment on your personal financial position, and cannot tell you whether to open an account or trade. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting guidance. Questions of that kind should go to a suitably qualified professional in Uganda who can consider your circumstances in full.
Finally, the desk does not verify the identity of readers or act on anonymous claims about an individual's account. If your enquiry concerns your own dealings with the broker, the correct route is the broker's own support channels, and, where a formal dispute arises, the complaint or dispute-resolution process that applies to your relationship with the broker.
Which languages do you read, and how fast will I hear back?
Enquiries are read in English, Luganda and Swahili. Correspondence in any of these languages is fine, and the reply will normally come in the language you used. Material in other languages may be passed to a reader who can assist, but this cannot be guaranteed and may add time.
The desk aims to acknowledge substantive enquiries within a few working days. A full reply on a straightforward editorial question usually follows within one to two weeks. Correction requests that need checking against public sources take longer, and the editors will tell you if a matter is likely to run beyond that window. Messages sent during public holidays in Uganda may take a little longer to reach.
Press enquiries and requests to reproduce or cite published material should go through the same contact form on this site, marked clearly as press or permissions. The editors will respond with what they can share and any conditions attached to reuse. Partnership proposals are read, but the site does not accept paid placement, sponsored assessments or arrangements that would compromise editorial independence.
How do I complain about the site itself?
If your complaint concerns something this site published or the way the desk handled your enquiry, send it through the contact form and mark it as a complaint. Include the page address, the specific passage or behaviour at issue, and what outcome you are seeking. Complaints are separated from ordinary correspondence and reviewed by an editor who was not involved in the original decision where that is possible.
You will receive an acknowledgement, an explanation of what the editors found, and a decision. If a correction is warranted, it is made and noted on the page. If the editors conclude that no change is needed, they will say so and give their reasons. Records of complaints and their outcomes are kept so that patterns can be reviewed.
The site is not regulated, not licensed and not endorsed by any authority, and it does not operate a formal ombudsman scheme. It answers complaints about its own conduct as a matter of editorial practice, because a review resource that will not account for itself has little standing to review anyone else.
